We aim to make the admission process simple and welcoming. Follow the steps below to begin your child’s journey with Vinecare Schools
1. Make Inquiry
Contact our Admissions Office by phone, email, or by visiting the school. You will receive an information pack and answers to any initial questions.
2. School Tour
We warmly invite you to visit our campus. You will meet our leadership team, tour the facilities, and experience firsthand the Vinecare learning environment.
3. Application Form
Complete the application form and submit it along with the required documents
4. Assessment / Interaction
Prospective learners will have an age‑appropriate assessment or informal interaction to help us understand their strengths and learning needs.
5. Offer of Place
Successful applicants will receive an offer letter. To secure your child’s place, a non‑refundable deposit is required within the stipulated period.
6. Resumption
Once enrolment is finalized, you will receive a welcome pack with details about the start of term, school policies, and how to prepare for a smooth transition.
Admission Requirements
Please prepare the following documents for submission:
- Completed application form
- Birth certificate (or declaration of age)
- Two recent passport‑sized photographs of the child
- Academic records / report cards from the previous school
- Immunisation / medical records
- Transfer certificate (for Year 2 and above)
Tuition & Fees
We strive to offer excellent value for a premium private education. Our fees cover tuition, core learning materials, and access to co‑curricular activities. A detailed fee schedule is provided during the application process or can be requested from the Admissions Office.
